We’re beginning a new chapter as Bell & McCoy Lighting and Controls Tennessee, with offices serving Nashville, Knoxville, and Chattanooga. This is more than an acquisition. It’s the combination of strong relationships, talented people, local market expertise, and expanded resources — all with one goal: creating even greater opportunities for our customers and manufacturer partners across Tennessee.

LineBridge is pleased to announce that FRM Lighting & Controls has acquired Infinity Architectural Lighting, a respected lighting agency serving the Florida market. As part of the transaction, founders Claus Brix Pedersen and Mads Schmidt will continue in their leadership roles, ensuring continuity for manufacturers, customers, and industry partners. The acquisition strengthens FRM's architectural lighting portfolio and enhances its specification and design support capabilities throughout Florida. By combining Infinity's expertise and relationships with FRM's scale and resources, the organization is well positioned to deliver greater value to manufacturers, distributors, contractors, and the design community. The teams look forward to integrating operations and leveraging their collective strengths to better serve customers across Central and South Florida while continuing to drive growth in the architectural lighting market.

LineBridge is investing in artificial intelligence technology to enhance the customer experience and improve operational efficiency across its operating companies. As part of this initiative, the company has engaged Revalgo.ai to develop an AI-powered platform designed to support inside sales, customer service, and quotation teams. The solution will initially be piloted within FRM's Georgia operations, where it is expected to streamline workflows, improve responsiveness, and reduce quote turnaround times for customers and supply chain partners. The platform is scheduled to go live in August, after which LineBridge will evaluate opportunities for broader deployment across its organization. This investment reflects the company's ongoing commitment to leveraging technology to strengthen local relationships, support its employees, and deliver best-in-class service to manufacturers, distributors, contractors, and end users.

Dane is currently the General Manager for Bell & McCoy’s Arkansas and Kansas operations. He has earned this position through relentless hard work, determination, and a commitment rarely seen in the industry. A Texas State University graduate, Dane brings strong leadership and unwavering dedication to our team.

Dane is known for his outgoing personality, his passion for collecting bourbon, being ambidextrous, and his proud claim of having the most beautiful wife in the world.

Josh has been an outstanding member of our Outside Sales team, consistently demonstrating hard work, dedication, and a strong commitment to our customers and our company. His deep industry knowledge, proven sales expertise, and unwavering work ethic have made a significant impact on our success.

A native of Huntsville, Arkansas, Josh brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in the electrical industry. Before joining BMC, he spent 12 years working for an electrical contractor followed by 4 years in outside sales at an electrical distributor. As a proud father of two (Braylen and Ella), Josh balances his professional drive with a love for the outdoors, whether he’s fishing on his boat, hunting, or helping his parents on the family farm.
